Supply & Logistics Manager - High growth wellness brand📍 London, 2 days per week in the office with some travel to 3PL requiredGenuinely one of the most exciting brands in the UK right now!Own global warehouse, fulfillment and logistics operations for a rapidly scaling consumer brandI’m partnering with a fast-growing consumer wellness business that has scaled rapidly across DTC, retail and international markets. They’re now looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take ownership of their global warehouse and fulfillment operation.About the RoleYou’ll own everything from the point stock arrives into the warehouse through to successful fulfillment and delivery, working across a growing international network of 3PLs. This is initially a very hands-on role. You’ll get into the detail, fix processes and become the central point of contact for warehouse and logistics partners. Longer term, you’ll build the systems, processes and team required to create a scalable global fulfillment operation.Key responsibilities include:Managing global 3PL and carrier relationships, SLAs and performanceOwning goods-in, inventory accuracy, picking, dispatch, returns and OTIFBuilding structure around order management and warehouse processesDriving improvements across cost per order, freight spend and service levelsLeading 3PL onboarding and fulfillment setup as the business enters new marketsCreating SOPs, reporting and scalable processes that can eventually be handed to a growing teamSpending time on-site with warehouse partners to understand issues and drive improvementsYour Experience5+ years’ experience across warehouse operations, logistics or 3PL managementStrong experience managing outsourced warehouse and carrier partnersExperience within DTC, eCommerce or subscription consumer goodsHands-on warehouse exposure and a strong understanding of fulfillment operationsCommercially minded with experience improving cost, service and operational performanceComfortable operating in a high-growth environment where processes are still being builtProactive, low ego and willing to get into the detail rather than manage from a distanceInternational fulfillment or multi-market experience would be highly advantageousWhat’s on OfferStrong salary + bonus + packageA newly created role with genuine ownership of a global logistics and fulfillment functionSignificant opportunity to build the function, team and processes as the business scalesClear scope for the position to become considerably more strategic and senior over the next 12-24 monthsHybrid working, regular warehouse exposure and international opportunities as the business grows
