We work with global enterprises across industries, combining AI, cloud, and software engineering expertise to solve complex business challenges.We are looking for a Supply & Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth and efficient management of supply, procurement, logistics, and day-to-day operational needs of our Odesa office.You will coordinate deliveries, procure office supplies and equipment, work with suppliers and vendors, and manage related documentation and payments.What You'll DoManage logistics and all types of deliveries, including DHL, UPS, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Express, and other providersManage the procurement of non-IT office equipment, consumables, supplies, and household itemsCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesPrepare and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, and Google SheetsCreate and submit payment requests for timely approvalEnsure all purchased goods and services are properly invoiced and paid on timeCoordinate office-related operational needs and resolve day-to-day supply and maintenance issuesSupport the organization of team-building activities, corporate events, conferences, and other internal activitiesCoordinate logistics and team support for internal and corporate eventsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in supply, procurement, logistics, office operations, administration, or a related fieldEnglish: Intermediate+ levelStrong organizational and coordination skillsExperience working with suppliers, vendors, and service providersGood attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approachAbility to work independently and take ownership of operational tasksWillingness to work on-site in OdesaWe Offer Full-time, long-term employment from our comfortable Odesa officeCompetitive compensation based on experience20 vacation days, 5 sick days, and local public holidaysAnnual medical reimbursement or sports benefitProfessional development and educational opportunitiesAccess to AI tools and learning platformsModern equipment and all the tools you need to do your jobInternational, AI-first engineering environmentWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
