Our in-house team of scientists, technology engineers, project managers make sure that we are delivering the right quality products at the right price and on time.We are founded by IIT & IIM founders and backed by top VCs in India.Role OverviewThe Supply Associate will manage supplier coordination, procurement processes, inventory tracking, and quality compliance to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Requirements1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations (startup/manufacturing experience preferred).Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding, purchase order management, and delivery follow-ups.Basic understanding of inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and multi-location coordination.Comfortable working with ERP tools and strong in Excel/Google Sheets.Experience coordinating with suppliers, job workers, and internal teams.Strong follow-up skills with high ownership and accountability.Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced startup environment.Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset.Good communication skills and confidence in vendor interactions.Proactive problem-solver who can take initiative without constant supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Management: Onboard and manage suppliers for purchase and job work. Maintain strong relationships and coordinate for dispatch, quality compliance, and production planning alignment.Procurement & Coordination: Raise purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate inward/outward material movement with the SCM team.Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations. Ensure optimal stock levels and conduct regular reconciliations.Quality Control: Ensure all materials meet internal and customer quality standards. Address and resolve quality-related issues with suppliers.Sample Management: Maintain sample inventory, track dispatches, and record customer/supplier feedback.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper procurement, inventory, and supplier records and generate periodic reports.
