Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – MENA

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations across the MENA region, ensuring efficient planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. The role requires strong expertise in SAP (MM, WM/EWM, SD modules) to streamline supply chain processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth while maintaining optimal service levels and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, warehousing, and logistics.Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure supply continuity while optimizing inventory levels and reducing excess stock.Oversee transportation and distribution operations across multiple MENA countries.Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners.Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining agreed service levels.Optimize freight costs, warehouse utilization, and logistics processes.Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and system optimization.Establish inventory control policies and monitor stock accuracy.Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Drive warehouse efficiency and productivity improvements.Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing and replenishment.Monitor supplier performance and develop vendor improvement plans.Support negotiations to achieve cost savings and supply chain efficiency.Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service teams.Provide regular reports on supply chain performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.Lead cross-functional projects focusing on operational excellence.Ensure compliance with regional trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.Maintain adherence to HSE and quality management standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Master's Degree or Supply Chain Certification (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, CILT) is preferred.Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.At least 3–5 years managing regional operations across the MENA region.Proven experience in SAP ERP environment with strong functional knowledge.Experience managing warehouses, transportation, inventory, and distribution networks.Industry experience: Technology or manufacturing.
