We are hiring for S&OP Location: Noida, Sector 80Work Mode: Full-time | Work from OfficeJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredAbout The RoleThe Cinnamon Kitchen is looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented S&OP & Supply Chain Manager / Lead to own and strengthen our end-to-end sales and operations planning as we scale the business.The role will be responsible for connecting demand, production, procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure high product availability while controlling wastage, inventory ageing and supply-chain costs.This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing food business with a short shelf-life, multi-channel and manufacturing-led operating environment.Key ResponsibilitiesS&OP & Demand PlanningOwn and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement and Finance.Build and maintain a single, reliable demand and supply plan.Develop demand forecasts across D2C, Quick Commerce and Marketplaces.Incorporate marketing campaigns, promotions, new launches and seasonal demand into forecasts.Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes.Production & Capacity PlanningConvert demand forecasts into weekly and daily production plans.Coordinate with the kitchen/manufacturing team to optimise production capacity and sequencing.Identify capacity constraints and proactively plan for demand spikes and new launches.Balance production requirements with inventory and shelf-life considerations.Inventory & Shelf-Life ManagementMaintain optimum inventory levels across raw materials, packaging and finished goods.Minimise stock-outs while controlling excess inventory and wastage.Closely monitor finished goods ageing, expiry and raw-material shelf life.Establish inventory norms and replenishment parameters for key SKUs and materials.Procurement & MRP PlanningDevelop and manage MRP and material requirement plans based on demand and production forecasts.Ensure timely availability of critical ingredients and packaging materials.Coordinate with the Purchase team and vendors on lead times, MOQ, capacity and supply risks.Identify potential shortages well in advance and develop contingency plans.Logistics & DistributionMonitor 3PL, courier and distribution partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Track fulfilment, transit time, damages, breakages and service-level performance.Work towards maintaining high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance across channels.Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as the central link between Commercial, Marketing, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance and Logistics.Establish clear planning cadences, dashboards and review mechanisms.Highlight risks, bottlenecks and trade-offs to leadership proactively.Drive continuous improvement across the supply-chain planning process.What We're Looking For6–9 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management or supply-chain leadership.Experience in D2C F&B, FMCG, food manufacturing, bakery, cloud kitchen or other short shelf-life businesses is strongly preferred.Strong experience in demand forecasting, production planning and inventory optimisation.Excellent understanding of S&OP, MRP and supply-chain planning.Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data modelling.Hands-on experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.Strong understanding of Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart, and marketplaces such as Amazon.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.EducationB.Tech / B.E. or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.Candidates from strong Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions preferred.Key Performance IndicatorsSuccess in this role will be measured through:OTIF / Fulfilment: Maintain 95%+ on-time, in-full fulfilment.Forecast Accuracy: Improve alignment between demand forecasts and actual sales.Inventory Health: Optimise raw-material and finished-goods inventory.Wastage: Minimise expiry, ageing and obsolescence.Production Efficiency: Improve capacity utilisation and production planning.Supply Reliability: Ensure availability of critical ingredients and packaging.Logistics Performance: Improve delivery timelines, service levels and damage rates.Why Join TCK?Take ownership of the supply-chain planning function of a rapidly growing food brand.Work directly with the Founder and leadership team.Play a critical role in scaling operations and manufacturing.Build and improve S&OP and supply-chain systems from the ground up.Directly impact availability, wastage, working capital and business growth.To Apply: Please share your CV at career@cinnamon.kitchenSubject: Name ( S&OP )
