Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant to support daily supply chain work for our fashion e-commerce operations.The role includes helping with supplier follow-ups, stock updates, product information, procurement tracking, and coordination between the supply chain, inventory, and operations teams.We need someone organized, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with product data, files, and Google Sheets.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor stock levels and product movement across categories • Support supplier follow-ups regarding product availability, pricing, and timelines • Help update product information, SKU details, and procurement records • Assist with purchase order and restocking follow-ups • Research fashion trends, competitor products, and market demand • Help maintain accurate inventory and supply chain trackers • Coordinate with inventory, operations, and related teams • Flag missing information, delays, or pending issues quickly • Keep product and supplier files organized and updatedRequirements:• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Fashion Management, Retail, Merchandising, or a related field • Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and supply chain operations • Skilled with Excel / Google Sheets • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Fast, responsive, and able to handle daily follow-ups without delay • Strong communication and coordination skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Must be living in Qatar • Must be available to start immediatelyTo Apply: Send your CV to career@arkanmktg.com
