- Deploy logistics processes and systems as per group internal standards
- Oversee handling of incoming international shipments, including customs clearance and transportationto relevant sites
- Manage local deliveries of equipment, spare parts, and consumables goods
- Maintain relationships and agreements with local logistics partners
- Keep records of movements of equipment, spare parts, consumables, and dangerous goods
- Organize and monitor regular inventory stock takes
- Oversee reverse logistics for defective, surplus, or obsolete equipment
- Maintain up-to-date information on local import/export requirements and regulations
- Conduct rolling 12-months forecasting with the client
- Communicate forecasts to SICPA headquarters for planning
- Forecast spare parts and consumables needs and place orders
- Ensure timely and complete fulfillment of company needs by sourcing from SICPA headquarters and/orlocal suppliers
- Maintain a database of vendors with ratings and performance indicators
- Deploy procurement processes as per group internal standards and spend category roadmap
- Define and implement inventory management processes and systems
- Manage end-to-end inventory throughout the lifecycle
- Monitor inventory turnover ratios and adjust forecasts
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage dangerous goods inventories
- Provide regular status and technical reports to the General Manager and SICPA management
- Ensure compliance with SICPA policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental protection
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of general policies, processes, and procedures
- Manage special tasks, projects, or initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness
- Participate in general management and administrative tasks for the Local Entity
- Contribute to the successful execution of commercial activitiesProfile
- University degree or technical training in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain management, logistics management, or inventorymanagement
- Technical background (Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering) is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of LEAN is a plus
- Deep knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, inventory management, and logistics bestpractices
- Strong planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience with inventory management systems and/or ERPs (particularly SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle significant administrative tasks
