Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain performance through data analysis and process optimization. This role will conduct demand planning activities, analyze inventory levels, and provide recommendations to improve stock availability and reduce excess inventory. The Supply Chain Analyst will track key performance indicators, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Daily tasks include reviewing data from multiple systems, identifying trends and risks, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, and communicating insights that support informed decision-making. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, proposing enhancements, and supporting the implementation of new tools or methods.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving abilities.Candidates should possess experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supporting sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.Candidates should possess knowledge of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution workflows.Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, such as stock control, replenishment strategies, and safety stock optimization.Candidates should possess effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and aligning stakeholders.Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, and proficiency with spreadsheets, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with supply chain analytics software, experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
