The OpportunityAdecco is partnering our client, a leading global Technology MNCWe are looking for a Supply Chain AnalystCandidates who are able to start work within short notice preferredThe TalentDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain managementMinimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain process optimisation and meeting end-customer SLAsExperience in asset management and/or inventory controlStrong data analysis and problem-solving skillsExperience in process improvement and operational optimisationExperience using AI tools to support process improvement and data analysisExperience with cross-border shipping, customs and importation documentation across APAC marketsStrong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience working with operational dashboards and reportsGood stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working with internal stakeholders, managed service providers, courier vendors and 3PL partnersExperience with IT equipment distribution and/or courier services would be a strong advantageExperience mentoring, leading or managing junior team members preferredAble to work primarily onsite in Singapore due to the operational nature of the roleJob DescriptionSupport APAC logistics operations covering fulfilment, inventory management, reverse logistics and IT asset distributionTrack APAC fulfilment requests end-to-end and identify potential risks, backlogs and SLA breachesMaintain daily and weekly operational trackers, including open orders, backorders and SLA monitoringMonitor logistics dashboards and operational KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunitiesCoordinate with regional site teams, managed service providers and reverse logistics partners on returns, collections and fulfilment activitiesPrepare escalation summaries and follow up on outstanding actions through to resolutionMonitor APAC inventory levels and highlight stock availability and replenishment requirementsCoordinate cycle counts, conduct inventory variance audits and follow up on root-cause remediationMaintain inventory locators, site stock structures and asset recordsSupport inventory setup for smart lockers, vending solutions and new stocking locationsSupport new site activations, hub go-lives, data centre deployments and regional logistics projectsSupport the replacement, repair and distribution of IT equipment such as laptops and mobile devicesMonitor courier and logistics vendor performance against agreed service metricsPrepare vendor performance scorecards and operational reportsValidate monthly carrier and vendor invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely processingPrepare RFQ and quotation comparison packs to support vendor reviews and negotiationsMaintain shipping, customs and importation documentation for cross-border movements within APACCreate and maintain SOPs, process documentation, work instructions and operational trackersIdentify process improvement opportunities and propose practical solutionsConduct system audits of logistics transactions and support testing of process or system changesSupport SOP updates, process governance and regional implementation of global processesLeverage advanced Excel and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve operational reporting and analysisWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver improvement projects and resolve operational issuesNext StepSend your updated resume to Jason.lew@adecco.comAll shortlisted candidates will be contactedJason Lew Hong KangEA Licence Number: 91C2918Personnel Registration Number: R1876435
