Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Mid-LevelAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Supply Chain Assistant / Specialist to support supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, suppliers, and order management in the UAE.The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Operations, and suppliers to ensure materials, products, and orders are managed efficiently and delivered according to business requirements.This role is suitable for candidates looking to develop their career in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily supply chain and procurement activities.Assist with purchase orders, supplier communications, and order processing.Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.Monitor purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders.Maintain accurate supplier, product, order, and inventory records.Assist with inventory monitoring and stock-level management.Track incoming and outgoing shipments and delivery status.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.Monitor stock availability and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.Assist with demand planning and replenishment activities where required.Prepare supply chain reports, spreadsheets, and operational updates.Track supplier performance, delivery times, quality issues, and order accuracy.Assist with supplier evaluations and performance reviews.Coordinate with Finance regarding invoices, purchase orders, and payment-related issues.Verify procurement and delivery documentation.Support invoice matching and resolve discrepancies with suppliers where required.Assist with shipping, customs, and import/export documentation where applicable.Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing and supply requirements.Help identify delays, supply risks, and operational issues.Escalate significant supply chain issues to the appropriate manager.Assist with cost tracking and basic supply chain cost analysis.Support supplier negotiations and quotation comparisons where required.Maintain organized and accurate supply chain documentation.Assist with ERP and supply chain management systems.Support process improvements and supply chain efficiency initiatives.Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, deliveries, and supplier performance.Ensure supply chain information is updated accurately and on time.Maintain confidentiality of commercial, supplier, and operational information.Perform other supply chain responsibilities assigned by management.What We're Looking ForGood understanding of supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations processes.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple orders, suppliers, and deadlines.Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.Familiarity with ERP, procurement, inventory, or supply chain systems is an advantage.Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal departments.Proactive and responsible working attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Arabic language skills are an advantage.UAE / GCC supply chain experience is beneficial.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.For Assistant-level candidates, fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.Typically 1–4 years of relevant experience for Specialist-level candidates.Experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, order management, or supply chain operations is preferred.Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier management, inventory control, and delivery coordination is an advantage.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar is beneficial.Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.Knowledge of supply chain reporting and basic data analysis is an
