قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Supply Chain Buyer / Planner II to support production planning, material procurement, and inventory management within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring material availability, balancing production capacity, and maintaining inventory levels to support on-time customer delivery.The ideal candidate has experience in production planning, purchasing, inventory management, and ERP systems, along with the ability to collaborate across manufacturing, quality, customer service, and supply chain teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & SchedulingDevelop and maintain short- and long-term production schedules.Plan manufacturing capacity to meet customer demand.Review production requirements and identify capacity constraints.Support new product introductions and product transitions.Coordinate material readiness for production.Monitor production schedules and recommend adjustments as needed.Inventory ManagementManage inventory to minimize shortages and excess materials.Maintain appropriate safety stock levels.Monitor obsolete and slow-moving inventory.Support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.Assist with material expiration and retest activities.Procurement & PurchasingPurchase raw materials and components to support manufacturing.Manage supplier purchase orders and delivery schedules.Resolve supplier delivery and material availability issues.Maintain supplier communication and purchasing documentation.Support strategic purchasing initiatives and supplier performance.Reporting & AnalysisMonitor production, inventory, and purchasing metrics.Generate reports to improve operational efficiency.Analyze trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.Participate in production planning and inventory review meetings.Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, production planning, or materials management.Experience working with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and organizational skills.PreferredExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, aerospace, or similar).Knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, and capacity planning.Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).APICS/ASCM or ISM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CPSM) are a plus.
