Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Functional Lead (EWM & TM) to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme in India.Key Responsibilities:Lead As-Is process mapping for Warehouse Management and Transportation Management across India sites and distribution centresDesign migration path from Centralized WM (CWM) to Embedded S/4 EWMLead migration from SAP TMS to S/4 Advanced Transportation ManagementConfigure EWM core functionalities: warehouse structure, goods movement, inventory management, RF/Fiori transactionsDesign freight collaboration solution using SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN)Drive data quality assessment for logistics master dataCoordinate with 3PL partners and logistics service providers for system transitionsSkills RequiredMBA in Supply Chain / Operations from a Tier 1 B-School — NITIE / IIT Bombay / SP Jain / or other Tier I institutionsMinimum 7–9 years of Logistics Operations experience in an FMCG organisation8–12+ years of SAP functional experience with deep expertise in WM, EWM (Embedded and/or decentralized), and SAP TMAt least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations involving warehouse and/or transportation management workstreamsExperience with CWM to EWM migration (Embedded EWM) strongly preferredHands-on knowledge of EWM configuration: warehouse structure, goods movement, RF transactions, Handling Unit Management, Physical InventoryProven experience with SAP Transportation Management — freight planning, execution, carrier collaboration, and freight settlementPreferred Skills:Familiarity with SAP LBN (Logistics Business Network) for freight collaborationKnowledge of SAP Yard Management and dock schedulingExperience with RF/Barcode scanning and Fiori-based warehouse transactionsUnderstanding of India logistics regulations and compliance requirements within SAP contextExposure to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery frameworks
