Supply Chain Coordinator

Main tasks and objectives of the job:- Sales Chain Management- Inventory Management- Custom clearance- Regulatory ManagementIndividual tasks: Sales Chain Management- Process order and delivery by receiving the orders from customers or sales manager- Manage the logistic providers like tank lorry, truck and others.- Manage RCC and tank terminal on-line system- Take up, review logistic cost, considering efficient and reasonable operation with logistic providersInventory management- Compare the actual inventory quantity in warehouses with the inventory shown in RCC.- Inform and report the inventory with alarm for the fresh order to manager and team.Custom clearance- Execute custom clearance for all distribution products- Proper management on works related to CustomRegulatory compliance- Manage and report the follow up for the required regulatory compliance.- Maintain the sales chain management to comply with SAP management, company regulatory and credit limit provided by coface.Others- Consolidate all expenses invoices from logistic providers including freight companies, warehouses, tank providers and input the data on SAP including commissions for LC opening- Handling costs and import duties, and figure out total expenses and calculate profit every month.- Final import price declaration to Custom- Assist to logistics manager and product manager- Assist required tasks which is related to company operationResponsible for- Number of outbound ( & inbound if applicable) delivieries- Number of "trouble shooting" activities- Number of NCs- Overall customer/supplier satisfaction- Collaboration within the teamRequired professional background/specific knowledge:- Comprehensive knowledge on logistics- Expertise on geographical understanding in Korea- Cost optimization analysis ability- Good communication and social skills- Teamwork and a very collaborative and service-oriented mind-set
