Position detailsRole Title: Supply Chain Coordinator - Mandarin SpeakingWorking arrangements: On-site position Monday to Friday BenefitsExcellent culture – Work with a fabulous group of people in a supportive environmentLong-term career development opportunitiesFree on-site parkingSkills & experienceWe are looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management or a similar roleExperience using MYOB or another ERP system is highly desirableExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative teamGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelMandarin language skills are preferred due to regular communication with the China office and suppliersKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately process stock receipts and FOB supplier invoices in MYOBAssist with purchase order planning and inventory coordinationMaintain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in MYOBSupport order tracking, supplier follow-up and inventory updatesLiaise with internal teams and overseas suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on timeProvide general supply chain and administrative support across the businessAssist with other supply chain and operational activities as required About the companyOur client is going from strength to strength with their e-commerce presence with major retail partners, and their online channels are sustaining significant growth.
