JOB PURPOSEThe Supply Chain Director leads and directs end-to-end supply chain operations for the Facilities Management — procurement, vendor and contract management, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control — ensuring reliable, cost-efficient, and compliant supply of materials, equipment, and services to support ongoing FM contracts. The role safeguards project continuity and service-level delivery to clients while driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and alignment with Group procurement policy, ZATCA/customs regulations, and Saudization requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the FM sector's supply chain strategy in alignment with Group Supply Chain policy and overall business objectives.Own end-to-end procurement operations — sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract award — for materials, consumables, subcontracted services, and equipment across FM contracts.Lead vendor and supplier management, including qualification, performance evaluation, contract compliance, and relationship governance for strategic and critical suppliers.Oversee warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials to project sites nationwide.Direct inventory planning and control, minimizing stock-outs, overstocking, and working-capital exposure while maintaining service continuity.Drive cost optimization initiatives — category management, demand consolidation, and strategic sourcing — to deliver measurable savings against budget.Ensure full compliance with procurement policy, delegation of authority (DOA), ZATCA/customs regulations, and applicable Saudi commercial law.Partner with Finance on supply chain budgeting, cash-flow forecasting for procurement commitments, and cost-center reporting.Collaborate with BD/Bidding teams on supply chain cost inputs, vendor pre-qualification, and feasibility assessment for new FM tenders and contracts.Coordinate with Project/Operations Managers to align procurement and logistics planning with project mobilization timelines and SLAs.Lead risk management for the supply chain function — single-source dependency, price volatility, supply disruption, and business-continuity planning.Champion digitalization of supply chain processes (e-procurement, inventory systems, vendor portals) to improve visibility and efficiency.Build, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring succession planning and Saudization progression within the department.Represent the FM sector in Group-level supply chain governance forums and contribute to Group-wide procurement synergies.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent is highly desirable.Minimum 12–15 years of progressive supply chain / procurement experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.Prior experience within Facilities Management, Construction, or a comparable multi-site services sector in the Saudi/GCC market is strongly preferred.Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale procurement budgets and multi-vendor portfolios.Strong working knowledge of Saudi commercial regulations, ZATCA/customs requirements, and Nitaqat Saudization framework.Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) preferred.
