Supply Chain Director

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline; MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain, procurement or commercial experience, including substantial senior leadership experience in EPC power transmission, substations or major infrastructure projects.Demonstrated experience with high-voltage substations, overhead transmission lines, underground cables and major electrical equipment procurement.Proven record in strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract management, supplier development, logistics, risk management and project delivery.Hands-on leadership of supply chain digitalization or enterprise transformation, including ERP/procurement platforms, process redesign, analytics, automation and organizational adoption.Experience working across Gulf, Middle East, India, China and/or other international sourcing markets is highly desirable.Knowledge of KSA market requirements and Saudi Electricity Company specifications is preferred.Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, MCIPS, PMP or equivalent is advantageous.Generation, renewable energy or battery energy storage project experience is an advantage.
