We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations, including shipping, customs clearance, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, and process maturity through Lean methodologies, SOP development, process audits, data analytics, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current supply chain processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify improvement opportunities.Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures — SOPs — across supply chain functions.Lead root cause analysis sessions to address process inefficiencies, quality issues, delays, and operational gaps.Facilitate workshops and train teams on process improvement tools, best practices, and operational excellence standards.Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with internal requirements, industry standards, and approved procedures.Lead the implementation of technologies, tools, and systems that support operational excellence.Use data analytics to prepare and automate supply chain dashboards that track performance and highlight areas requiring action.Monitor key operational KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve service levels, productivity, cost efficiency, and quality.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making across supply chain teams.Perform any other related duties assigned by direct management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Strong knowledge of SOP design, process mapping, workflow improvement, and process documentation.Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment.Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
