About the RoleAs a Supply Chain Executive, you will ensure our store network remains seamlessly stocked. You will manage daily replenishment from our central distribution center, handle inter-branch stock transfers, resolve inventory discrepancies, and deliver actionable operational reports to cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Store Replenishment: Oversee and coordinate daily store replenishment from the central warehouse to guarantee optimal stock availability across all branches.Order Processing & Discrepancies: Accurately process manual store orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to quickly resolve discrepancies.Store Query Support: Serve as the main point of contact for store teams on stock availability, replenishment status, and product queries.Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs): Monitor, track, and reconcile stock transfers between branches to maintain inventory alignment across locations.Data Integrity & Batch Correction: Perform batch corrections in back-office systems, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.Operational Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly supply chain, inventory, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.What We're Looking ForExcel Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including proficiency in formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables (Advanced Excel skills are a strong plus).Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with store staff, warehouse teams, and management.System Experience: Prior experience with Oracle or similar ERP/inventory management platforms is an advantage.Domain Knowledge: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, stock control, or retail operations (pharmaceutical or FMCG background preferred).Problem-Solving: Strong investigative mindset for resolving stock discrepancies and maintaining data accuracy.
