قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Summary:This role is responsible for managing day-to-day intercompany procurement activities, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting demand planning through close coordination with Sales. The position requires strong proficiency in SAP, consistent supplier follow-up, and the ability to take prompt, informed action in line with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Process intercompany purchase orders in SAP and ensure accuracy of all details (price, quantity, delivery terms, and Incoterms).Proactively follow up on all open purchase orders with suppliers to monitor production status and shipment readiness.Identify delays, shortages, MOQ constraints, and other supply risks early, and implement corrective actions as required.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and group companies to maintain a smooth and efficient order flow.Collaborate with Sales to collect demand planning inputs and support forecast-driven purchasing.Translate sales forecasts into purchase plans to ensure stock availability.Monitor demand versus supply and take timely action to address gaps.Track forecast variances and escalate potential concerns in advance.Support S&OP discussions and ensure alignment between demand and supply plans.Maintain regular reporting on purchase order status, delays, and supply risks.Skills & Requirements:Hands-on experience with SAP (procurement module).Strong understanding of procurement processes and foundational demand planning concepts.Strong follow-up discipline, with the ability to engage suppliers proactively and drive actions to closure.Ability to assess business priorities and respond with appropriate urgency.Experience supporting S&OP and/or forecast coordination is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Qualifications & Experience:Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin + English Languages.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or supply chain.Experience in intercompany procurement and SAP is preferred.Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
