Supply Chain Executive

Job Title – Supply Chain ExecutiveType – PermanentWork Location – DubaiSalary – AED 12,000NP- Immediate / 30 daysIndustry- FMCG Mandatory details/Skills-Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and inventory planning to prevent shortages or excess stock.Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers.Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery while resolving any logistics-related issues.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and service improvements.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.Process purchase orders, monitor order status, and ensure timely fulfillment.Maintain accurate supply chain records and prepare reports using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth operational flow.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.Key Skills RequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.Experience with import/export documentation and shipment coordination.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRegardsTASC Recruitment Team
