If you want to be part of a diverse and vibrant community where your ideas can shape the future of the FMCG industry and your contributions can create a lasting global impact, then Hayat is waiting for you!JOB DESCRIPTIONMaintain a safe and secure Supply Chain operation throughout the company facilitiesCoordinate, support and manage the entity’s Supply Chain & Logistics Operations in support of the different business divisions.Responsible for customer service activities by managing the customer service operation.Manage, train and coach the planning team to drive continuous improvement of the planning process.Responsible for 3PL operation within the entity: manage and track performance, tackle and resolve issues.KPIs adherence and reporting.Leads the S&OP process implementation for all divisions within the entity.Drive collaboration with Sales and Marketing to incorporate current and long–term market intelligence into the demand & supply plans at product, customer and market levels.Drive improvement of forecast assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues.Monitor the demand plan performance (forecast error, accuracy, bias). Challenge the sales and marketing assumptions when significant deviations occur between the demand-based revenue plan and the business plans.Manages the total inventory of finish products.Lead phase in- phase out activities for new/delisted finish productsRepresents the Supply Chain in new product and category introductionsBuilds & maintains clear communication & cooperation with relevant internal/external interfaces. Establishes annual service & cost targets with focus on reduction of year over year costs.Manages the total inventory of products and materials by providing production plans, material requirements and inventory plans while meeting company objectives for service levels, quality, and competitive cost.Identify and address supply variability issues and support demand planning in forecast accuracy improvement process to improve overall plan feasibility and reliability.Coordinate root cause analysis and resolution of these issues with key cross-functional stakeholders as needed.Control and maintain Supply Chain OPEX within budget limits.Warehouse operations management competency and experience level (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and layout optimization)QUALIFICATION7+ years of experience in SC Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management and/or Supply PlanningThe position is based in Varna, Bulgaria; candidates who currently reside in Varna or are able to relocate there are preferredStrong business insight and experience with the divisions, markets, customers and products in the demand planUniversity degree in a business related subject or engineering (preferably Industrial/Business Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or social sciences such as management, economics, international relations etc.Fluent Bulgarian (native or advanced level) and advanced English (both speaking and writing) are required; knowledge of Turkish is considered a plusStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholdersStrong knowledge of the local country regulationsExperience preferably in FMCG sector (multinational company with international brand management experienceAdvanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP etc.) and planning/APS toolsSAP S/4HANA proficiency and experience level
