Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Permanent Function: Supply Chain / Procurement / LogisticsKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day supply chain, procurement, and logistics activities.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials/products.Support inventory planning, stock monitoring, replenishment, and forecasting.Handle supplier sourcing, quotations, price comparisons, and purchase coordination.Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.Coordinate import/export shipments, freight movements, and delivery schedules.Prepare and review shipping and trade documentation.Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, and internal teams.Monitor purchase orders, shipment status, lead times, and delivery timelines.Maintain accurate supply chain and procurement records in ERP systems.Prepare Excel reports, trackers, and management updates.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and supply chain process improvement.Handle multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.Strong experience in inventory planning and supplier management.Hands-on knowledge of import/export documentation and shipment coordination.Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience using ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Arabic speaker preferred.Key SkillsSupply Chain Management | Procurement | Logistics | Inventory Planning | Inventory Management | Supplier Management | Vendor Management | Purchase Coordination | Purchase Orders | Procurement Operations | Sourcing | Negotiation | Import Documentation | Export Documentation | Shipping Documentation | Shipment Coordination | Freight Forwarding | Customs Coordination | International Logistics | Inventory Control | Stock Replenishment | Demand Planning | Supplier Performance | Cost Optimization | ERP | Odoo | Microsoft Excel | Supply Chain Reporting | Logistics Coordination | Procurement Reporting | Analytical Skills
