SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVES (Bukit Raja, Selangor)

In line with our business expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates to join our Supply Chain Division based in Bukit Raja, Klang.Requirements:Possess minimum Degree in Business or its equivalentFresh graduate or 1 - 3 years' experience in supply chain / automotive industryGood command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu, ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantageGood in Mathematics, analysis skills, soft skills and presentation skillsProficient in MS Excel and MS WordMeticulous and able to work under pressureAble to plan and execute tasks independently with minimal supervisionDetailed Job Duties:Supply Chain ManagementMonitor daily, weekly and monthly delivery requirements from customers and ensure timely fulfilmentManage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times.Customer Engagement and Sales ActivitiesIdentify customer needs and provide proposals that lead to new business opportunities and increased profitabilityConduct price and delivery negotiations with customers within the scope of delegated authorityProactively engage in sales activities to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clientsRespond to customer inquiries and handle ad hoc requests as neededQuotation and Data AnalysisPrepare accurate and consistent customer quotations based on the company’s standard pricing schemeCollect and analyse sales performance data to evaluate profitability trends and generate regular reports for managementContinuous Improvement (Kaizen)Proactively identify improvement points ("Kaizen Points") in the current business model and implement effective countermeasuresContinuously assess daily operations to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvementsStrategic Planning and ContributionDevelop long-term vision and objectives for assigned tasks in alignment with departmental strategyContribute to departmental goals by achieving individual objectivesInformation Gathering & Knowledge ApplicationCollect and utilize relevant information for assigned tasksMaintain sufficient understanding of sales items, including customs, cultural aspects and Key Success Factors (KSFs)OthersUndertake ad-hoc tasks or any other assignments as required by immediate superiors or top managementWHAT WE OFFERFlexible Working HoursHybridMedical, Dental, Optical and Insurance CoveragesClaimable Overtime
