About the RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Governance & Performance Manager to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.We are seeking a professional with strong experience in Supply Chain governance, policies and procedures, performance management, KPI frameworks, and Business Intelligence.Key areas of experience:Supply Chain governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and process optimizationDevelopment and implementation of KPIs and performance management frameworksPerformance monitoring, analysis, and reportingBusiness Intelligence, dashboards, and data visualizationTranslating operational data into actionable insightsIdentifying performance gaps and driving continuous improvementPreparing management and executive-level reportsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationCandidate profile:7–9 years of relevant professional experienceExperience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or OperationsProven experience in governance and performance managementStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesGood understanding of BI tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsFurther details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
