With an in-house portfolio ranging from innovative active wear to home and living products, RPG currently carries an in-house brand portfolio of brands, including MONTIGO, OiYO by MONTIGO and CASEBANG.About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our Supply Chain & Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to inventory management, fulfillment operations, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement projects in a fast-pacedomnichannel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation across warehouses.Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.Prepare operational reportsSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and operational planning.Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Supply Chain team.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply ChainManagement, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Internship duration of at least 3 months (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.What You'll GainReal-world exposure to e-commerce supply chain operations.Experience working with warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics partners.Hands-on involvement in operational improvement projects.Mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals.Opportunity to develop analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.
