Supply Chain Intern (Tamheer Program)

Building Excellence in Supply Chain at LVMH BeautyLVMH Beauty is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern – Tamheer Program to join our team and gain practical experience across logistics, distribution, operational excellence, and supplier management.This opportunity provides exposure to the end-to-end supply chain, allowing the intern to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to initiatives that support operational efficiency, product availability, and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on potential delays.Support transportation cost analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.Support the mapping and review of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.Assist with the implementation of new tools, systems, and operational initiatives.Support KPI analysis and reporting to monitor operational performance.Support the evaluation of supplier performance against agreed service levels.Assist in documenting and communicating operational requirements to external partners.Participate in review meetings with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.Support the analysis of sales, inventory, and logistics data.Support demand planning and forecasting activities, including monitoring inventory levels and product availability.Qualifications & RequirementsEligible for the Tamheer Program (Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months).Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.Basic understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.Basic knowledge of forecasting fundamentals, inventory optimization concepts, and supply chain KPIs.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Supply Chain and LogisticsFluent in English.
