Join the Solved SquadAt The Solved Skin, we're on a mission to solve the persistent skin concerns that everyone else seems to have given up on. We believe that everyone deserves to live their life with confidence, free from the exhausting, confidence-crushing cycle of a recurring skin issue. We are a science-first, D2C brand funded by Fireside Ventures and founded by an ex Unilever duo who saw this gap firsthand. Our approach is built on honesty, efficacy, and a deep empathy for our customers’ journey. As an ambitious, early-stage startup, we are building a team of passionate, problem-solving individuals who are obsessed with our consumer. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand that is poised to become the most trusted name in problem-solution skincare in India.Role Description Owns the end-to-end supply network for The Solved Skin - from vendor sourcing and NPD manufacturing readiness through to production scheduling and OTIF delivery - while building the redundancy and vendor depth the brand needs as it scales. This is a build-and-run role: roughly half relationship/network development, half operating rigor. Here's what you'd be responsible for:1. NPD Support & New Product Manufacturing•    Liaise with packaging and RM vendors during development; source and evaluate options against NPD specs, cost, and MOQs•    Coordinate first-time manufacturing runs at factory - trials, process handoff, scale-up issues•    Manage back-and-forth on production scheduling, dispatch planning, and sample approvals through to sign-off2. Vendor Relationship Management•    Own relationships across manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and RM suppliers to secure consistent OTIF performance•    Negotiate and maintain credit terms and payment hygiene across the vendor base•    Act as the relationship layer during exigencies — expediting, reprioritizing, resolving disputes — where trust with vendors gets TSS preferential treatment when capacity is tight3. Manufacturing & Capacity Planning•    Work with the demand/growth team to track consumption rates and translate forecasts into production plans•    Assess network readiness (factory bandwidth, RM/packaging lead times) for every SKU ahead of a production run•    Balance OTIF against working capital — right-sizing batch quantities and inventory rather than defaulting to safety stock4. Vendor Development & Redundancy•    Continuously scout new packaging and manufacturing vendors, independent of immediate need•    Build a qualified backup bench for critical inputs so no single vendor is a point of failure•    Own a running map of network risk (concentration, capacity ceilings, geographic exposure)Qualifications•    Must have: prior work experience in a D2C beauty or personal care company. This is non-negotiable — it's the source of both the right vendor relationships (packaging/RM vendors who work with startup batch sizes and speed) and an instinctive feel for D2C's specific pressures (frequent NPD, smaller MOQs, working capital discipline).•    Existing, active vendor relationships in India carried over from that D2C beauty/personal care experience — especially packaging (bottles, cartons, tubes, laminates); manufacturing vendor relationships a strong plus•    Working knowledge of the manufacturing network's stages — formulation handoff, bulk production, filling/packing, QC, dispatch — enough to diagnose where a delay is actually happening•    Experience running OTIF-type metrics in a D2C context specifically (not just FMCG steady-state replenishment)•    Comfortable with the credit/working-capital side of vendor management, not just delivery•    5–8+ years in supply chain/vendor management•    Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
