This role coordinates shipments, monitors inventory activity, maintains logistics records, and communicates with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to changing operational requirements.Key Responsibilities • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments according to established schedules and requirements. • Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and transportation activities. • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, shipping documents, and delivery information. • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments regarding logistics requirements. • Assist with inventory monitoring and investigate discrepancies between physical and recorded stock. • Prepare shipping documentation, tracking reports, and routine logistics summaries. • Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or damaged shipments and coordinate appropriate resolutions. • Support warehouse and distribution activities to maintain efficient product flow. • Assist with logistics planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. • Analyze routine operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels. • Ensure logistics activities follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, procurement support, or transportation is preferred. • Understanding of inventory management, shipment coordination, warehousing, and distribution processes. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling operational records. • Proficiency with spreadsheets, office productivity tools, and inventory or logistics systems. • Strong communication and coordination abilities. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to resolving operational issues. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams. • Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.Summary The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining smooth and reliable supply chain operations.
