Supply Chain Logistics Manager

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager coordinates the end-to-end flow of materials—from sourcing raw sheet metal and hardware to optimizing warehouse inventory and dispatching finished enclosures to clients on time.Also ensures that the fabrication floor never runs out of critical materials while keeping inventory carrying costs minimal. The role requires a strategic, analytical leader who can negotiate bulk raw material pricing, manage vendor lead times, and streamline domestic and international shipping of bulky finished enclosures.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Procurement & Sourcing: Secure competitive pricing and contracts for raw sheet steel, pipes, powder coat chemicals….etcInventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and hardware using ERP/MRP systems to prevent production bottlenecks while minimizing excess warehouse overhead.Supplier Performance Management: Evaluate and audit vendor reliability, lead times, and material quality, establishing backup suppliers to mitigate risk.Warehouse Operations: Supervise raw material receiving, secure storage, and efficient kitting/delivery of materials to the cutting and assembly lines.Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with the Sales and Production Operations teams to forecast material demand based on upcoming custom project pipelines and historical volume.Customs & Compliance Management: Oversee documentation for shipments, customs clearance, and adherence to freight regulations for client deliveries.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, or Business Administration.Experience: 5+ years of Supply Chain and Logistics management experience, ideally within a metal fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or high-volume hardware assembly environment.Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle…etc) and inventory management software.Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, data-driven forecasting capabilities, contract management experience, and a solid understanding of freight logisticsLanguage: Strong command of English or Arabic.
