As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our global supply chain capability by establishing a dedicated Supply Chain & Logistics function based at Bangalore, India.Role OverviewThe Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will own the end-to-end execution of Knoxx Foods' international supply chain, ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to warehouse.This is a high-ownership role responsible for supplier coordination, production planning, international logistics, import/export compliance, freight optimisation and supply chain visibility.The role will work independently while coordinating closely with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents and the Australia-based Warehouse Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier & Production ManagementManage purchase order execution and supplier follow-up.Coordinate production schedules, packaging readiness and dispatch planning.Ensure suppliers deliver in accordance with agreed timelines.Proactively resolve production and supply issues.Visit production bases as and when required.International LogisticsManage end-to-end shipment execution.Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and clearing agents.Negotiate freight rates and optimise logistics costs.Manage shipment delays, rollovers and other supply disruptions.Import & Export ComplianceEnsure accuracy of all import/export documentation.Maintain compliance with Australian BICON requirements, US FDA regulations and applicable European import standards.Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to minimise customs and clearance delays.Planning & Inventory FlowAlign procurement and Improve container utilisation and shipment planning.Maintain visibility of inventory in production and in transit.Warehouse CoordinationCoordinate remotely with the Australia-based Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient inbound planning and stock availability.Support issue resolution relating to incoming shipments.Systems & Continuous ImprovementDrive disciplined use of ERP/WMS systems.Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility across the supply chain.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Standardise processes and implement best practices across the supply chain.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:Has 10–15 years' experience in supply chain, logistics or international trade.Has proven experience managing exports to Australia / US.Has hands-on experience working directly with shipping lines, freight forwarders and clearing agents.Possesses strong knowledge of international shipping, vessel scheduling, freight negotiations, booking processes, cut-offs and rollover management.Understands import/export documentation and international trade compliance.Has practical knowledge of Australian BICON requirements. Exposure to US FDA and European food import standards will be highly regarded.Is highly proficient with ERP/WMS platforms and comfortable leveraging technology to improve business performance.Has experience developing dashboards, reporting tools and workflow automation.Can build systems rather than simply operate within them.Demonstrates excellent planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Thrives in an environment requiring independence, ownership and accountability.Works closely with:International suppliersProduction facilitiesShipping linesFreight forwardersClearing agentsWarehouse Manager (Australia)Success in this role will be measured by:On-time shipment performanceSupplier delivery performanceFreight cost optimisationDocumentation accuracyRegulatory complianceContainer utilisationInventory visibilityContinuous process improvementDevelopment of dashboards and operational reportingThis is a high-ownership role.
