ImaginXP aims to be a one-stop solution for under-graduate, post-graduate, and short-term programs that build future-ready skills and contribute to national development.Role Description The Supply Chain Management Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging courses in supply chain and related business domains to undergraduate and postgraduate learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, facilitating discussions, supervising student projects, and providing academic mentorship. The faculty member will contribute to curriculum development, align course content with industry practices, and participate in academic administration such as assessment, grading, and program reviews. The role involves collaborating with colleagues and industry partners to enhance learning outcomes and support placement readiness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong University Teaching and Curriculum Development skills for designing and delivering effective supply chain courses.Candidates should possess solid Research and Organizational Behavior skills to inform evidence-based teaching and classroom management.Candidates should possess Marketing and related business skills to integrate market-oriented perspectives into supply chain management education.Relevant academic qualifications such as a master’s or doctoral degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field.Industry or consulting experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, procurement, or allied areas is highly beneficial.Ability to develop industry-aligned, practical coursework and use modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support diverse learners and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
