Supply Chain Management Manager

A leading organization in the Construction sector is looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, improving supplier performance, and driving operational efficiency across the entire supply chain.Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Develop and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and material flow.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, supplier performance, and working capital utilization.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams while promoting collaboration across departments.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 9–10 years of experience in supply chain operations including planning, procurement, and warehouse management.
• Strong experience in supplier management, inventory planning, and logistics operations.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are highly preferred.
