Supply Chain Manager

Position Title: Supply Chain Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 20,000 depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE-based FMCG distributor representing international brands across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and HORECA Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end FMCG supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, replenishment, and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams, while managing suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, optimise costs, improve operational efficiency, and lead the supply chain team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and product expiry management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
