Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Summary:The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The role holder ensures that materials and products are sourced, stored, and delivered efficiently, on time, and at optimal cost, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accurate data within the company's ERP system.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage the full supply chain cycle: demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures that reduce cost and improve service levels.Manage supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.Monitor inventory levels and set replenishment parameters to balance availability with working-capital efficiency and avoid stock-outs or overstock.Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock accuracy, and periodic stock counts.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery schedules with carriers and forwarders.Analyze supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, lead times, cost per order) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations on demand forecasts, budgets, and new product or project requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics; candidates with mid-level as well as senior experience are encouraged to apply.Previous supervisory or team-leadership exposure is an advantage.Hands-on experience with an ERP system is preferred, preferably Odoo (Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing/Logistics modules).Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, or Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.Skills:Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics best practices.Solid negotiation and supplier-management skills.Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.Familiarity with ERP workflows (purchase orders, stock moves, reordering rules), ideally in Odoo.Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
