Support extends across the full lifecycle of customer equipment, including after-sale assistance, parts, service, and warranty management for distributed brands. The head office, corporate test kitchen, and distribution center are located in Milton, Ontario, providing a central hub for innovation, demonstrations, and customer support.The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. This role ensures efficient operations, cost control, supplier performance, and timely delivery to meet business and customer demands.Team player, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile for our internal and external customers. This position reports to President of the company.What you will do:1. Supply Chain Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives2. Procurement & Vendor ManagementSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendorsMonitor supplier performance, pricing, and service levelsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships3. Inventory & Warehouse ManagementOversee inventory control processes and ensure accuracyMonitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventoryOptimize warehouse layout and operations for efficiency4. Logistics & DistributionCoordinate inbound and outbound logisticsEnsure timely and cost-effective transportation of goodsMonitor freight costs and carrier performance5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teamsSupport production planning and customer order fulfillmentCommunicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans6. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsIdentify supply chain risks and develop contingency plansMonitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reportsForecast demand and plan inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availabilityIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsYour skills, experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logisticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP systems and inventory management softwareExcellent negotiation and communication skillsProven leadership and team management abilities
