We're one of the fastest-growing bootstrapped companies in the world.About the RoleWe are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to own and scale our international supply chain operations across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how to run complex, customer-facing supply chains across multiple markets. You will be responsible for ensuring products move reliably from suppliers through 3PLs and ultimately to customers — while maintaining strict delivery timelines, SLAs, cost targets, and operational standards.You will work closely with suppliers, 3PL partners, logistics providers, internal operations, and leadership to build a supply chain that is reliable, scalable, and efficient.What You’ll OwnOwn end-to-end international supply chain operations across the US, UK, Canada, and AustraliaManage and build strong relationships with 3PLs, logistics partners, suppliers, and freight providersEnsure strict adherence to delivery SLAs, fulfilment timelines, and customer commitmentsTrack and improve key supply chain metrics including OTIF, delivery timelines, fulfilment accuracy, inventory levels, and logistics costsIdentify bottlenecks across procurement, warehousing, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery and drive corrective actionBuild processes and systems that allow the supply chain to scale across new marketsForecast supply requirements and coordinate inventory planning with business and demand teamsManage international shipping, customs, freight, and cross-border logisticsNegotiate with vendors and logistics partners to improve pricing, service levels, and reliabilityEstablish clear performance standards and review mechanisms for 3PLs and other external partnersProactively identify supply chain risks and build contingency plansWork cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, and Leadership to ensure supply chain performance supports business growthWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related functionStrong experience managing international supply chainsExperience working across markets such as the US, UK, Canada, and AustraliaProven experience managing 3PLs and external logistics partnersStrong understanding of SLA-driven operations and strict delivery timelinesExperience with international freight, warehousing, fulfilment, and last-mile logisticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutionsStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsExperience building processes and teams in a fast-growing environmentComfortable operating with significant ownership and limited hand-holdingThe Ideal CandidateYou are someone who gets uncomfortable when an order is late, an SLA is missed, or a process breaks and you don’t stop at identifying the problem.You know how to work backwards from the customer commitment, understand where the supply chain is breaking, hold external partners accountable, and put systems in place so the problem doesn’t happen again.You should be equally comfortable deep-diving into an operational issue and thinking strategically about how to build the supply chain for the next stage of growth.
