Role DescriptionThe employer is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and information while balancing cost, quality, inventory levels, and service requirements.The Supply Chain Manager will develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and coordinate activities across procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to improve operational efficiency, strengthen supply continuity, and support business growth.Key responsibilities include managing supply and demand planning, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating procurement and logistics activities, evaluating supplier performance, and establishing relevant supply chain KPIs. The role will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks and potential risks, and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service performance.The successful candidate will also support forecasting, capacity planning, supplier development, process improvement, and supply chain risk management initiatives. Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvement across the supply chain.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and commercial data.Ability to develop supply chain strategies, monitor KPIs, and translate data into actionable improvements.Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, demand planning, or other supply chain management systems.Strong understanding of supplier management, procurement processes, cost optimization, and supply chain risk management.Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business analysis tools.Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and commitment to operational excellence.Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
