Supply Chain Manager

Telford | Multi-SitePermanent | Office/Factory Based| Monday–Friday | 37.5 hoursWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a growing food manufacturing business based in the Telford area.This is a key role with responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, production planning, inventory, capacity planning and S&OP.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the supply chain team.Manage demand, production and supply planning.Drive inventory optimisation and service levels.Lead and develop the S&OP process.Oversee capacity and production planning.Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities.Manage ERP/MRP systems and supply chain data.Work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve overall performance.About YouWe're looking for someone with:5+ years' supply chain management experience.Strong food manufacturing experience.Experience across demand, production and inventory planning.Previous team leadership experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with S&OP and ERP/MRP systems.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel skills.A full UK driving licence due to multi-site travel.Relevant CIPS/APICS qualifications or Lean/Six Sigma experience would be advantageous.
