Joining Rely Industries offers the opportunity to work on innovative, large-scale projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.We are Hiring | Supply Chain Manager Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | RELY Industries LLCRELY Industries LLC is looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end Supply Chain function.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and operationally strong professional with experience in Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Operations within a project-based manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring material availability, improving supply chain efficiency, controlling costs, strengthening supplier relationships, and supporting the successful delivery of our Fit-Out, Joinery, Furniture, and Fabrication projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Inventory Management functions.Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve material availability, operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and project delivery performance.Establish effective procurement planning processes aligned with project requirements, production schedules, and material lead times.Work closely with Production Planning, Production, Projects, Estimation, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms, quality standards, and reliable supply.Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, performance management, and negotiation activities.Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize excess stock, material shortages, slow-moving inventory, wastage, and working capital requirements.Improve warehouse management, material handling, storage, issuing, receiving, and stock accuracy processes.Oversee logistics planning and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials between suppliers, warehouses, production facilities, and project sites.Develop and monitor Supply Chain KPIs covering procurement savings, inventory turnover, stock accuracy, supplier performance, material availability, delivery performance, and logistics efficiency.Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency across the Supply Chain function.Ensure effective utilization of ERP/MRP systems and Supply Chain management tools, with accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.Lead, develop, and manage the Supply Chain team while promoting accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.Provide management with regular reports, analysis, forecasts, risks, and recommendations related to Supply Chain performance and operational requirements.Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.8–12 years of progressive experience across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related operational functions, including significant managerial experience.Proven experience within interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, or other project-based manufacturing environments.Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market, with a good understanding of local suppliers, procurement practices, logistics requirements, and market dynamics.Arabic language proficiency is preferred, along with strong English communication skills.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Supply Chain management tools, with the ability to develop and analyze procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and performance reports.Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with a proven track record of improving productivity, Supply Chain efficiency, inventory control, operational performance, and cost optimization.What will make you stand out?
