Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams, you will ensure the supply chain is reliable, efficient and scalable.The initial focus will be on European operations, with the opportunity to take on broader international responsibilities as we expand into new markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain, from manufacturing through to customer delivery.Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, warehouses and third-party logistics providers.Coordinate production planning, purchase orders, lead times, capacity and delivery schedules.Maintain visibility of inventory, orders, shipments and fulfilment performance.Translate sales forecasts into supply and inventory requirements, including replenishment and safety stock planning.Identify and resolve supply risks, bottlenecks, shortages and operational issues.Monitor inventory, fulfilment and logistics performance and drive continuous improvement.Ensure accurate order and inventory flows across relevant e-commerce, logistics and business systems.Develop scalable supply chain processes and SOPs to support growth and international expansion.Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including product availability, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, on-time delivery and logistics costs.Support the development and implementation of supply chain operations in new markets.Ensure operations follow approved procedures and applicable quality requirements.About YouYou combine strong supply chain expertise with a hands-on and proactive approach.You will ideally have:Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or demand planning within an international environment.Experience working with external manufacturers and/or third-party logistics providers.Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting and logistics.Experience working with e-commerce, logistics and business systems; Shopify or similar platforms are an advantage.Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.A structured, solutions-focused approach and a track record of improving processes.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English; Swedish is an advantage.Experience working with regulated products or environments is an advantage.Please apply or send a copy of your CV to jmcalinden@barringtonjames.com
