Department: PurchasingJob Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, material planning, supplier performance, and inventory operations in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment.

This role will improve material flow, strengthen supply chain processes, and support production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead purchasing, supplier management, material planning, and inventory activities.Improve material flow, shortage management, replenishment, and planning processes.Manage supplier performance, relationships, negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives.Oversee inventory levels, accuracy, replenishment, and excess/obsolete materials.Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and improve system discipline.Develop and monitor KPIs for suppliers, inventory, shortages, and on-time delivery.Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Finance.Identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.Support new product introduction, engineering changes, and production requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.5–10+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in manufacturing.Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.Strong ERP/MRP experience.Supplier management and contract negotiation experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Hands-on, process-improvement mindset.Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) for ITAR compliance.Ability to work on-site 8–10 hours/day and lift up to 20 lbs.PreferredProcess Engineering experience.APICS CPIM/CSCP certification.CNC machining or precision manufacturing experience.AS9100 or similar quality-system knowledge.
