Senior Supply Chain Manager

Location: Highland Park, IL – on-site five days per weekSalary: US$120-190K plus bonus and excellent benefits packageAbout the OpportunityJoin a fast-growing, family-owned wine and spirits business with a successful international portfolio of premium brands.Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this is a senior leadership role responsible for improving and developing the company's end-to-end supply chain, covering procurement, production, inventory, forecasting, logistics and distribution.Key Requirements

• 5+ years' supply chain management experience, ideally within alcohol, beverages or CPG
• Proven people management experience with direct reports
• Extensive hands-on NetSuite knowledge
• NetSuite implementation experience essential
• Strong experience across procurement, inventory, forecasting, replenishment and logistics
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables and macros
• Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Experience of supplier negotiation and vendor management
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related fieldRole & Responsibilities
• Developing and improving end-to-end supply chain strategy and processes
• Managing procurement, production, inventory, forecasting and distribution initiatives
• Leading and developing direct reports
• Improving demand forecasting, replenishment and stock levels
• Managing supplier pricing, negotiations and service performance
• Using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements
• Managing cross-functional supply chain projects and mitigating operational risks
• Supporting raw material R&D and procurement
• Driving NetSuite implementation and process optimisation
