Supply Chain Manager

Position- Supply Chain ManagerReporting To: Global Supply ChainLocation - North YorkFull time onsite roleBase Salary range - $125K - $135K with 10% bonus entitlementPosition SummaryThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading all Supply Chain activities, including Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing. The role will ensure operational excellence, material availability, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and on-time customer delivery. The manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and serve as the main interface between local and the global Supply Chain organization.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse operations.
• Ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments.
• Drive demand, production, and inventory planning processes.
• Manage supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply continuity.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service to achieve business objectives.
• Implement global Supply Chain processes, standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.Key Performance Indicators

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization is an advantage.
