Supply Chain Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service. ResponsibilitiesBased on the company's business goals, develop mid- to long-term strategies for the supply chain, build and optimize an end-to-end SCM system, covering the full chain from demand forecasting, production planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, to delivery.Coordinate sales, production, R&D, and finance, align demand with supply, and balance order fulfillment, inventory levels, and cash usage.Identify supply chain risks (material shortages, shipping delays, insufficient capacity, geopolitical risks), set up risk plans, and make sure the business keeps running.Lead demand forecasting management, work with sales to sort out market orders and forecast data, and improve forecast accuracy,Lead the main production and material planning, coordinate material availability, balance capacity, inventory, and order delivery, and reduce the risk of material shortages and obsolete Monitor inventory turnover, manage raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods inventory, reduce stagnant inventory, and optimize inventory capital occupationResponsible for core supplier development, evaluation, grading, and performance assessment, and establishing supplier access, assessment, and elimination mechanisms.Manage supplier delivery times, quality, and costs; drive supplier improvements; maintain core supplier relationships; develop alternative suppliers; and reduce single-source risks. Cross-department collaboration and exception handling, overall coordination of procurement execution, follow-up on material ordering, delivery schedule tracking, exception handling, handling material shortages and incoming material abnormalities Process Optimization, Data and Team ManagementPromote supply chain cost reduction: reduce procurement costs, optimize logistics, optimize inventory, reduce loss and waste, and achieve the company's cost reduction goalsManage or co-manage the various functions of the factory and optimize resources.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' of supply chain experienceStrong negotiation and influencing skillsGood English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
