Team members join a stable, growth-oriented environment with opportunities to contribute to projects that support regional infrastructure and community development.Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure availability of materials and services across Gulf Group Co.’s business divisions. Day-to-day activities include managing demand planning, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating procurement activities, and optimizing supply management processes to meet operational needs and cost targets. The role involves analyzing data to forecast demand, aligning supply plans with project timelines, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The Supply Chain Manager will also implement process improvements, support compliance with company policies and local regulations, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong demand planning and analytical skills to forecast needs and support data-driven decisions.Candidates should possess supply management and procurement skills to handle vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.Candidates should possess inventory management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shortages or excesses.Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication to coordinate with project, finance, and operations teams.Relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations within multi-division or industrial environments.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM) are an advantage.Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
