Supply Chain Manager

About the RoleThe role involves analyzing customer orders and developing production plans, working with ERP systems, driving logistics process and cost optimization, coordinating warehouse operations, overseeing cooperation with suppliers, and collaborating closely with Headquarters and other European manufacturing sites in planning, production, and shipment activities.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer orders and develop production plans, taking into account required delivery dates, material availability, manufacturing capacity, optimal utilization of machinery and workforce, and production costs; continuously adjust production schedules as required.Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Enova, Comarch, and Oracle.Drive logistics process and cost optimization by analyzing monthly cost reports prepared by the Controlling Department, identifying causes of budget variances, explaining discrepancies, and initiating inventory optimization and stock reduction initiatives.Coordinate the operations of the Incoming Materials Warehouse and Finished Goods Warehouse, including warehouse performance, cost control, and management of the logistics team, using modern logistics tools and technologies.Oversee and organize cooperation with suppliers regarding material deliveries for production by forecasting consumption, maintaining ongoing supplier communication, identifying and onboarding new suppliers, proactively managing supply risks, and monitoring supplier performance and on-time delivery.Collaborate closely with Headquarters and other European manufacturing sites in the planning, production, and shipment of components, semi-finished products, and finished goods.QualificationsUniversity degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including people management responsibilities.Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices as well as supply chain management and planning systems.Proven project management experience using structured planning methodologies.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions using problem-solving techniques.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and work efficiently with spreadsheets.Fluent English, both spoken and written.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation package and comprehensive employee benefits.What We OfferA challenging role within an international business environment.Competitive compensation package and comprehensive employee benefits.Professional development opportunities, participation in engaging projects, and access to specialist training programs.
