With plans to grow by 25% in 2027 and double in size by 2028 as they expand into Germany, the Netherlands, and Ireland, they offer a high-visibility platform for an ambitious professional looking to accelerate their career.We are seeking a degree-qualified Supply Chain Manager (Engineering, Business, or Finance discipline) with a strong analytical foundation in supply chain, demand planning, or production planning. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional data mastery across spreadsheets, cloud reporting, and AI tools, paired with the commercial gravitas to present directly to executive stakeholders, including the CEO and CFO.The role combines strategic supply chain planning, material requirements planning, and logistics scheduling, with a focus on supporting rapid international expansion across European markets.The successful candidate will manage end-to-end supply chain planning, interrogate production and inventory data, and work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Executive leadership teams to align supply capability with aggressive growth targets and cash flow management.This role acts as the analytical and operational powerhouse for the supply chain—leading materials planning, scheduling logistics, optimising cloud-based reporting, and managing key expansion projects as the brand establishes its presence across Germany, the Netherlands, and Ireland.Based in Suffolk (Monday – Friday, 4 days on-site).The package is £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + strong benefits (details available on discussion).Please apply to have a confidential discussion.
