Apply & track with Apply EdgeComplete daily Gemba walks to get a physical understanding of the interface with SCMCreate, read, and report on supply chain analytics and metrics (OTIF, OTP, risk assessments, unit cost, capacity, etc.)Conduct team management activities, including recruiting, training, development and correctionsPerform sales and operations planning tasks, including forecastingConduct material requirements planningConduct production planningManage customer and vendor issuesAlign supply chain activities including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery with demandManage issues in supply and availability of materialMeasure operational and financial performanceIdentify and mitigate risksCoordinate daily with cross functional leadership in Program Management and OperationsBuild out formal SCM team in Warner Robins, Georgia Hold strong accountability while maintaining morale and an autonomous workforce is critical in this positionOther duties as assignedRequirementsEducation/Training:Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree CPIM, CSCA, CSCP, or CPSM certification preferred Experience:3+ years of experience leading a diverse team of professionalsKnowledge and experience with business systems such as ERP and MRP operation, optimization and development preferredIn-depth knowledge of operational and financial metrics, OKR's and reportingKnowledge and experience with inventory management and control methodologies, best practices and reportingUnderstanding of domestic, foreign and government logistics and distribution practices and requirementsExperienced and knowledgeable in Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse operations, inventory management, material/production planning and strategic/tactical purchasingExperience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI)Microsoft Office fluencyTechnical writing experience or knowledge is a plus Security:Must be a US citizenAbility to obtain a security clearance may be requiredPhysical RequirementsAble to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machineryAble to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controlsPerform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movementsProlonged periods of standing while operating machineryAdhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a timeBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesSalary: The projected salary range for this position is $28 - $35 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
