Supply Chain Manager

Apex Industrial Services (APEX) is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across Contracting, Procurement, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Materials & Spare Parts Management.-Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute supply chain strategies, budgets, and performance improvement plans.Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier/subcontractor management.Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, and procurement planning.Manage inventory, critical spare parts, warehousing, logistics, and import operations.Ensure materials comply with applicable technical and quality standards for major oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining clients.Drive cost savings, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency through data-driven decisions.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, customs, SASO/SABER requirements, and ethical procurement practices.Lead and develop the supply chain team while supporting Saudization and local supplier development.-Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role leading multiple supply chain functions.Experience in Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Mining within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Strong knowledge of major oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining client requirements, including vendor registration, prequalification, material standards, and local content compliance (IKTVA).Proven experience in procurement, contracting, inventory planning, and supplier negotiations.Hands on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Demonstrated results in cost savings, inventory optimization, and supplier performance improvement.-Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as MCIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM.MBA, master’s degree in supply chain management, or PMP certification is an advantage.-Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.Strong ethical judgment, integrity, and accountability.Ability to manage commercial risks, resolve complex challenges, and perform under pressure.Flexibility to travel to client sites and supplier facilities as required.
