Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution across hospital departmentsDevelop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and cost effectivenessOversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, vendor performance, and procurement activities to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveryMonitor stock levels, consumption trends, inventory accuracy, and expiry dates to minimize shortages, wastage, and excess inventoryLead and supervise supply chain staff while monitoring departmental KPIs, productivity, and operational performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or inventory management, including supervisory or managerial experienceHealthcare or hospital supply chain experience is mandatory
